I guess if you have achieved a very high rank you could potentially mention it, but it's probably best not to.
Players listed here are most likely listed because A, they've written it themselves, or hopefully more likely B, they're of significant value to the community through ability or leadership or discussion that they've warranted a mention.
There's over 35k registered players nowadays, and to list even a tiny fraction of them is a challenge enough, let alone with another line for their up-to-date rank!
